This marked completion of conversion works reinstating it back to it\u2019s formal glory as one of Brighton\u2019s most prominent hotels located at the end of the picturesque \u2018Old Steine\u2019 in the heart of the town.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/3010\/3071177364_88cbba57dc_d.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>McCarey Simmonds were responsible for the structural alteration and repair works to the main building, most recently used as council records and registary office, bringing it back to it\u2019s original use as a 51 bedroom hotel.
